I requested overnight shipping and paid for it but got second day instead. I couldn't get a refund for the difference from them. No email confirmation. No receipt for purchase by email or in box. Items recieved in box were loose and moving around with no packing at all. Repeated phone calls got me put on hold or sent to voice mail. I must have called twenty times in one day and couldn't get through. The sales staff were rude and could care less if they recieved my business.
