However, not many customers were satisfied with the kind of service they received or the total buying experience with inkgrabber.

Many customers complain about inordinate delays in shipping. This is compounded by the fact that inkgrabber doesn’t confirm the order. Customers are left waiting for days and often only find out about the delay when they get back to customer service.
