There is not much difference between a normal person and a successful person,the difference is small but that seems big and makes a person big.Before I mention all the points I would certainly like to say The biggest difference is of carelessness shown to the work and responsiblity. We all have some weak points and on the other hand we also have some great strengths and we have to just take care that our weakness may not take over our Strengths.

The qualities that makes a person successful :-
