Interesting points.

Just wondering; is point number 9 totally true?

I mean sorry to ask a silly question, but what if the nature of the blog is technical, do visitors still prefer personal styled writing over technical documents?

So if I was writing about granite worktops, then it would be better to actually talk about a particular installation, rather than giving technical worktop profiles?

Just wondering thats all…

I’ve realised how much visitors appreciate that personal interaction with blog owners, keep them informed on both personal activites accompanied with pictures. so a trip down cold alaska with pic will suffice.

These are some good tips, primarily the one about keeping your blog frequently updated with new posts. One thing that turns me off of a blog is when it goes stale with no new content.
