As with any new tech device, there is more to buy than just the device, there are accessories to be had, and the new iPad is no exception. Due out on shelves in a matter of weeks, the iPad alone is an exciting buy, but there will also be many different accessories available that will make operating your iPad easier or more fun. Here are some of the accessories that will be available for your iPad:
1. iPad keyboard dock: This dock is of upmost importance as it allows you to connect to a keyboard for easier document typing and this is also the dock that allows you to charge the iPad and connect it with other accessories.
2. iPad Case: This multi-functioning accessory offers protection and ease. First it keeps your iPad from getting scratched or dirty and second it allows you to prop up your iPad in various positions. So if you want to watch a movie or watch a slide show without having to hold your iPad, you can simply prop it up at the desired angel and watch comfortably from a chair.
3. iPad Dock:The iPad Dock provides a place for your iPad to sit and charge when the battery is running low.
4. iPad Camera Connection Kit: These two little devices allow you to import pictures into your iPad in two different ways. The first is through the USB cable that came with the digital camera and the second way to import photos or video is by simply using the SD memory card and importing them directly into the computer. Both camera kits attach to the rear 30 pin dock located on the iPad.
5. iPad 10W USB Power Adapter: This USB cord connects to the 30 pin dock and allows you to plug directly into the wall for charging. The cord is six feet in length to allow for easier charging at a distance.
