In order to get the ‘Email This’ link to work you must, go to your template tab in the drag and drop area. From there, go to the post widget, click ‘Edit’, and then Check ‘Show Email Post Links’

Try this modified version of WP Premium red.

The black version is here.

They have multi-level dropdown CSS menus and you may freely download the templates.
