It was very nice until the I realized the Navbar doesn’t work well in IE….Any idea on how to fix it?

hi.. after istalling this theme.. in header I still saw the psd logo (northblues). How can i remove that logo and let the blog name appear.. Is that just remove the logo from image directory can make the blog title appear? thanks..
