Thankies! I found MaxBlogPress which has a commercial version you have to pay to remove “credits”. So I will be comparing this and see if it is any better than the one offered by MaxBlogPress.

I have a problem. I’m using Wordpress 2.6.1, I “add item”, go back to the ads list, but nothing appears on that list in the admin. It says “No Ads Configured” but all of the ads I entered appear at the top of my blog, but I can’t edit or remove anything from the admin. Any suggestions?
