Well its seems that it is raining Civic Type-R news today, and well, just after publishing the Official news from HONDA, Mugen had a courier sending over us their News release with a Nice CD Photo of THEIR amazing version of the Civic Type-R.

Like usual, we can ONLY expect the best from Mugen and here again they are pushing even further the Type-R experience by providing a long list of tweaked performances parts and aero parts like :

For the people asking when this is coming to the states, rumor has it, it will be 2010. Just kidding.. However, I believe we’ll see it sooner. One Honda Stream and one 2007 Civic Type-R (Japan) have crossed over into our borders through the Boston port of delivery and are with Honda’s folks in Ohio. What purpose these have in our states, I do not know. Both carry an FMVSS sticker (google search importing a vehicle), which means they’re technically certified for US roads without need to change very many–if any–parts such as the Honda computer chip to comply with Federal safety standards. To my knowledge, no parts need to be changed…
